New Horizons Learning Group Teams with Burstorm to Tackle Cloud Skills Gap with First-Ever Hands-On Infrastructure Design Training

New Horizons Learning Group, a leading training partner for VMware, IBM, Microsoft, Red Hat and Cisco, has entered into a unique partnership with Burstorm, a cloud design and sourcing platform provider, to >help tackle the cloud skills gap by delivering hands-on training to >cloud architects, solutions engineers and IT professionals.

 

New Horizons will leverage Burstorm’s intelligent platform as >part of its >new one-day, five-hour course, “ Cloud Planning, Design and Optimization .” Specifically, the Burstorm platform will be >used in >a hands-on workshop instructing IT >professionals on how to >model, design, benchmark and optimize cloud infrastructure.

 

The companies are seeking to >close the widening cloud skills gap. Research from IDC estimated that last >year as many as >7 million cloud-related jobs could not be >filled due to >lack of experience, training or certification in cloud solutions.
