PowerPoint veterans often learn the basics of the program on their own, and they can pull off beautiful presentations as time goes on. But one of the most useful tools that many people don’t know much about is the Slide Master.
One can understand why others avoid it. It looks like it has the tools of your presentation editing view, but you get this strange outline. Students often get “lost” in the slide master and get confused, so they never touch it again. But if you know how to use it properly, you can either save a lot of time on making your presentations or they become much better. In most cases, both tends to happen.
The slide master in action
Slide Master is the tool that will give your presentations a uniform look. Have you ever fussed with trying to put a logo in the exact same place from slide to slide? Not anymore. Have you ever wanted to make your own slide layout templates? Now you can.
The Slide Master is just one of the tools in PowerPoint Part 2 that will change your PowerPoint game forever. This is why PowerPoint 2 is my favorite class to teach. It is the perfect combination of fun and function.
